Hold On To Hope


Hold On to Hope is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate hope through mindfulness, yoga, community, and time spent in nature. Whether you are seeking renewal, healing, or simply a peaceful weekend away, this retreat offers a supportive space to step back from the noise of daily life and return with greater clarity, balance, and intention.

What to Expect
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated experience that includes:

  • Daily yoga practices suitable for a variety of experience levels

  • Guided meditation sessions

  • A wellness workshop focused on practical tools for living with greater presence and resilience

  • Opportunities for reflection through journaling and mindfulness

  • Time in nature to rest, explore, and recharge

  • Plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful retreat grounds at your own pace

All meals are provided by the Himalayan Institute and are included with your lodging reservation.

Registration
Your Retreat Program Fee includes all yoga classes, guided meditations, workshops, and facilitated group experiences throughout the weekend.
Early Bird Registration: $250 (available through January 15, 2027)
Regular Registration: $300

Lodging
Please reserve your room as early as possible. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the retreat. Registering early is the best way to ensure your preferred accommodations are available. To reserve, go to Reserve Your Room

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the retreat will receive a full refund of the Retreat Program Fee. (Please refer to the Himalayan Institute’s policies regarding lodging cancellations.)

Once your payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed, and you’ll receive a welcome email with additional retreat details.

Please note: Your retreat registration and lodging reservation are completed separately. After registering, you’ll receive a link to reserve your accommodations directly with the retreat center.

Transportation

The Himalayan Institute is approximately 2½–3 hours from New York City by car and is also accessible by public bus. If transportation is a concern, please don’t let that keep you from joining us. I’d be happy to help you explore travel options and connect you with other retreat participants interested in carpooling.
